    Halloweentown: Sure it'd be fun, when you get there you are treated to a lovely musical routine by the locals.
    Hogwarts: You have to be a student enrolled full time to attend the halloween festivities unfortunately.
    Salem: Please enter the town without any modern technology, otherwise you will be accused of witchcraft and burned at the stake.
    Elm Street: Looks like your average run of the mill town where everyone acts strange and creepy, just whatever you do don't fall asleep.
    Sleepy Hollow: You'll be fine so long as you don't run into a certain headless Horseman.
