I LOVE DOCTOR WHO. It is one of my favorite fandoms, so I AM ECSTATIC ABOUT THIS WEEK.

I guess that you guys should know about my companion preferences...so here goes! And I know everyone has different preferences, and I totally respect that. (Unless you hate on Martha)
(Note:I have only watched a few classic who episodes, so this is all current who. I'm also only talking about companions who have been there for at least a season. That's why I'm not including Captain Jack, Mickey, or Sarah Jane)

1. Rose Tyler
2. Donna Noble / River Song
3. Martha Jones
4. Rory Williams
5. Amy Pond
6. Clara Oswald

And now for my Doctor ranking! (Again I haven't watched Classic Who)

1. Tenth Doctor
2. Ninth Doctor
3. Twelfth Doctor
4. Eighth Doctor
5. Eleventh Doctor

Now that's just my opinion! So instead of arguing, can you guys list your preferences and peacefully discuss with each other?

    Don't get me wrong i loved matt smith as the doctor too.. but david will always be my fave doctor.  :)

    Matt Smith is my favorite, next to David Tennant. I'm not really fond of the 12th doctor though. However, I love how he was a character on Torch Wood, and simce that show is in the same universe as Doctor Who (Btw Torch Wood has the same letters amount of letters as Doctor Who), it makes me like him a little bit. ^^

    I don't know if anyone has pointed it out to you yet, but including Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) is actually a good addition to your companion list of old and new Doctor Who. She was on the show from 1973 through 1976 for seasons 11-14 and then made a few guest appearances in the new Doctor Who (plus an episode in 1983 and again in 1993) before she passed away. She was one of the longest running companions on Doctor Who, appearing in more than 18 stories. And so...

    My Favorite Companions...

    Sarah Jane Smith was one of my favorites, along with Adric, Romanadvoratrelundar (Lalla Ward version), Rose Tyler, Wilfred Mott, Amy Pond, River Song!!!!!, and Clara Oswald.

    My Favorite Doctors...

    Tom Baker (Fourth Doctor Who) I grew up with him and almost died when he regenerated...I had no idea what was happening since I had never seen a regeneration before.

    David Tennant (Tenth/Eleventh/Twelfth Doctor Who?) Losing count of which it really is since there has now been revealed a War Time Lord Doctor Who, plus it was mentioned that a regeneration was used during something else...

    Matt Smith Just a really awesome Doctor and had some of the absolute best stories!

    Nikhil Shivakumar No probs, I noticed that at the beginning, but just wanted to give some background to her character. Some that are new to Doctor Who won't know much of anything about her, but she was a great character and one of the first, that I know of, to actually hint at having a 'thing' for The Doctor. She even mentioned in the episode 'School Reunion' that she never married and was always waiting on The Doctor to reappear. Kind of sad if you really think of it. She ended up adopting a boy in 'The Sarah Jane Adventures'. She also has appeared with more Doctor Who's than any other companion. I haven't seen much of the John Pertwee series, but you can see in the Tom Baker series, she has a thing for The Doctor. Please take all this as just notes and news, nothing more or less.. =) Have a wonderful Doctor Who Day!
