    once in class my teacher was like "so this next few lessons..well, do we have any Hamilton fans here?"
    and this one girl who was just texting her friend under her desk or something jumped up and shouted "aLeXanDer hAMilToN"

    In my US history class last year we’d have five questions each week to answer about what we learned. Every Thursday, a random person would be picked to answer all five questions from every single week starting at the beginning of the semester. One of the questions was something along the lines of “describe the group who wrote the Federalist Papers.” When I was the random person picked I almost just started singing the Non-Stop verse.
    couldn’t because we had a ten minute limit and it would’ve been too long
    Also I had lyrics scribbled all over my notes - can’t tell you how many times a bit of a song helped me remember a fact for a test.

I just got back from the library and I'm so excited to readddddddd I got ten books! I'll list them here. I just came back from a camping trip for school, where my grade "bonded." (I'm going to a new school this year) It was fun, but I'm exhausted. AND I STILL NEED TO GO TO PING PONG PRACTICE IN AN HOUR. MY PARENTS ARE BEING MEAN :( Did you miss me?? ;) I bet you did! Or at least you missed my DOTDs, right? :P Anyway, I read a whole book while I was gone! I was going to bring my nook with me so I could finish CoHF, but we weren't allowed to bring any electronics, so I brought Legend instead. And OMG. It was SO GOOD. I really need the next book. REALLY REALLY need it. I'm officially starting high school next week. I'm excited, but super nervous!  And my dad won't let me get a new backpack! The one I have now has a messed up zipper and it's too big and it's not the prettiest color... sigh. AND my Chinese School starts this Sunday. Blah.It's my 11th year there...wow...
