    Ari Flanagan I'm not sure, but maybe the one where they find out someone's been writing about their lives? I don't remember anyone dying in that episode.

    Fandoms United That makes sense, I really don't think anyone died in the first Chuck episode. Plus I think that one actually is season four.

    Yes 4x18 is Chuck ep Monster at the end of the book and nobody dies.
    4x21 is the one where at the end brothers split up. Sam with Ruby and dean is left beaten on the floor.
