Hey y'all! Like I said in my last post, I would still love to keep in contact with anyone who's willing through my personal accounts on other platforms. So, as promised, here are some of my social media links. (The first few are more active than the rest, but I do use all of them pretty consistently, even if I don't post that often.) Please feel free to follow me, and I'll follow you back if you don't look suspicious. :) (You can also +1 or comment your profile name in this post so I know who you are.) [removed] Anyway, to follow up on my previous post... I've been scrolling through tons of old G+ posts for the past few days and thinking a lot about this page, and I've come to this conclusion: I don't think I (or any of the other managers) will be actively trying to continue this page on another social media platform. I've looked around at options like MeWe, which I've been hearing a lot about, and it seems like a great site, but I don't thin...
When your not a part of any of these fandoms
ReplyDeleteAs much as superwholock is tempting, i want them each to have their own week. Could we do all 3 separately, plus one combined week?
ReplyDeleteI don't really want any of them lol
ReplyDeleteA Doctor Who week sounds amazing!
ReplyDeleteDoctor Who!!!!
ReplyDeleteWeek week. I'm crying. Help
ReplyDeleteGlee or Walking Dead week!! Glee is one of the biggest fandoms!
ReplyDeleteKeep this in mind while you consider... :)
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about having all three fandoms together, is that if you are only in one or two of the three fandoms, you will still be able to recognize some of the posts. But if you are only in one or two of the fandoms and we have three separate weeks, there will be one or two whole weeks in which you will not know the posts on our page.
The other reasons why we are considering combining the three fandoms are:
1) so we have more time to do other kinds (possibly minor fandom) of weeks
2) we can post lots of crossovers (pictures, polls between the three fandoms, etc.)
3) more variety of fandoms so it won't be all Doctor Who or all Sherlock etc.
On the other hand, having three separate weeks means that we can focus on each fandom for an entire week, and there will be a lot more posts for each one.

Fatimata Jalloh Are you sure? I posted a poll online to see which fandom was most popular, and almost no one is choosing Glee.
ReplyDeleteMia F Check on fanfiction.net. For shows, Glee and Supernatural have the most fanfiction to date, with hundreds of thousands.
ReplyDeleteSuperwholock 2 weeks?
ReplyDelete2 weeks for 3 fandoms?
Fatimata Jalloh After checking, it says that Doctor Who has the most fanfictions (in the tv section, anyways).
ReplyDeleteMia F I just tagged you in a post.
ReplyDeleteFatimata Jalloh Well I don't know then, and I'd rather not continue this debate. Let's just agree to disagree? :)
ReplyDeleteDOCTOR WHOOOOOOOOOOOO
ReplyDeleteFatimata Jalloh We included Glee in #MusicalsWeek a few weeks ago. :)
ReplyDeleteI think each should be separate as many of us might not be in all of these fandoms (like me).
ReplyDeleteMiriam Benjamin Like I said above, in your case, it would probably be better if we combined the three, or else there would be one or two whole weeks in which you don't understand our posts.
ReplyDeleteFandoms United Interesting. I see what you are getting at.
ReplyDeleteI think that all the choices have their pros and cons, but in my opinion, Rachel Witt 's idea is pretty good, dedicating a week to each of the fandoms, then an extra week of Superwholock
ReplyDeletewhy pick one if i can have it all~!!!!!!AHAHAHAHAHAHA
