Sarah Skordas Matched had a great concept, and I'd love to have been able to explore the social landscape of the series a bit more (sorry, I'm going to college for sociology next year) but like I said, she just had to turn it into a Twilight-esque romance novel.
A great book despite having somewhat flowery writing
ReplyDeleteLia Queen of the Spiders basically yeah
ReplyDeleteSarah Skordas I felt it focused too much on the romantic side plot
ReplyDeleteGood dystopia: Unwind by Neal Shusterman

ReplyDeleteSarah Skordas or just don't write a love triangle... I mean, you can't throw a fish in a bookstore without hitting one.
ReplyDeleteThe series was kinda depressing and slow..I think I stopped reading it. I don't remember, they whole plot was slow and boring.
ReplyDeleteAfter I read the first one, I gave up. I HATE HOW SHE DOESNT CHOOSE HER FRIEND (forgot the name)
ReplyDeleteLia Queen of the Spiders Oh yeah! I haven't read it for about a year
ReplyDeleteI read the first book but, I don't know, I kinda found it boring and too slow :/
ReplyDeleteThe matched trilogy was interesting...
