ReplyDeleteIt may not be fandom related (I haven't seen whatever this fandom is, so it might be. Lol) But this reminds me of the parents and grandparents in the holocaust and how they held onto anything that might've been to value to them and also are any extra food they found. Brings back the memories of what my grandfather saw when he went to rescue those trapped in the camps.
