Who is Missy? Please discuss guys!

I don't want to be biased, so let me recap the facts about her.

1. When people are close to dying, or presumably dead, they go to Missy.
   - The people who go to her that we see have died because of the Doctor in a way
2. Missy says that the garden she's in is called Heaven, or the Promised Land.
3. Missy's official name is the Gatekeeper of the Nethersphere.
4. Missy has been getting more and more nervous seeming throughout her appearances.
5. Missy calls the Doctor her boyfriend.
