Thanks to  everyone who participated in #AllegiantAlternate ! They were all great. 
So, here are my two favorites.

Georgia Strange:
At the very end when Tris is in the weapons lab, she sees her mother before David shoots her. As they embrace, David finds the courage to shoot, and just as Natalie tells Tris that she never died but made it seem that way and went into hiding afterwards until she heard the plan to bring down the Bureau she dies. When David realizes what he had done, he immediately shoots himself in the head. Tris then falls unconscious from the death serum although it does not kill her (the reader does not know this- they think she is dead). When Tobias gets back she has had no medical treatment and they presume she is dead until Tobias and Christina go and see her body and she wakes up and they all live happily ever after.

And Julia-Marie Perkins:
Tris goes in instead of Caleb and releases the memory serum into the air affecting everyone including herself. Tobias is heartbroken but tries to win her love back, they travel back to Dauntless and go through her fear simulation and she somehow regains her memory.
